Encryption

All data transmitted to and from Blitters is encrypted using TLS 1.2 or higher. Data stored on our servers is encrypted at rest using AES-256 encryption. Encryption keys are managed through secure key management services with strict access controls.

Access Controls

We enforce role-based access controls and the principle of least privilege across our infrastructure. Multi-factor authentication is required for all internal systems. Employee access to production data is logged and reviewed regularly.

Infrastructure

Blitters is hosted on secure, certified cloud infrastructure with network segmentation, firewall protections, and DDoS mitigation. Our systems are monitored around the clock and we perform regular security assessments and penetration testing.

Incident Response

We maintain a documented incident response plan that is tested regularly. In the event of a security incident, affected users will be notified promptly with details of the impact and the steps being taken to resolve it.
